Hot take: I liked Sonic's teeth in the trailer more than I liked Jim Carrey in the trailer.

His redesign does actually look dope.

Now if only they could redo literally the entire movie surrounding him.

Jim Carrey is the perfect choice for an over-the-top, melodramatic cartoon villain

 

I hope Tails shows up at some point and has the same kind of look as the original Sonic did, teeth and all, hahaha.

 

Honestly still doesn't look that great but it fits. It looks like a fine, kinda bad Sonic movie now, lol.

Sonic looks really good now. This trailer is also way better than the first one. Still doesn't change the fact that all that stuff from the first trailer that sucked is all still in the movie most likely. But yeah I love the new design, at least.

 

Don’t like that it’s a “get me back to my home dimension” story. Would rather they have Sonic just be a thing that exists in the world lol

 

This trailer screams 35% RT score but I’ll still watch it. Don’t like the idea of Sonic as an alien.
