Kinda have since ANH to be honest.

 

Yeah, there really is some sort of new trooper introduced in every film since ANH. Great for keeping it fresh and for marketing new collectibles and all.

 

Sort of looks like a poor man's Boba Fett to me but I kinda dig it.
