lol at the "...and this happens" ending.

 

How many movies out of the last 3 years that came out in which the production of was a muddled mess of reshoots, director switches, and lack of promotion wound up blowing people away? None.

 

Just saw a couple of articles talking about a trailer dropping today?? Ready for it if so.
Edit: Apparently the same thing happened on the 12th so I’m not holding my breath.

 

Damnit Ive been staying away from the trailers of moves I know Im seeing, but fuck I might have to break it for this. Im curious as hell to see what this movie is going to look/feel like. And how Alden looks as Solo.

Might wait to see some reactions first.

I'm expecting either Super Bowl or the release date gets pushed back. Makes the most sense to me

 

I'm starting to doubt the Superbowl because they usually only release these on Disney properties. Though, at this point it may be the best option to get the word out this late in the game. It'll be out before Black Panther though. It would be a huge missed opportunity to not attach it there.

 

Some people are theorizing this is going to be pushed back based on Deadpool being moved up.

 

I reiterate my point about Christmas being a way better release time

 

I’d be cool with it being pushed back. I was kinda hoping that’s what I’d find when I googled today.

 

I dunno... if this sucks I’d rather it be in May and leave the December release date alone.

 

As in, if it sucks, you'd just rather get it out of the way or what?

 

People might expect a little more prestige if it is slotted in December
