So dumb. Can't believe Fox didn't put up the money for it.

Pulisic is too good to play for us. What a damn kid.

They look like they have no life outside of Pulisic. When he touches the ball, he's electric.

Really hoped switching Nagbe for Bedoya would help. Hasn't yet, but Bedoya should be starting imo

1-1 is a very fare result to both teams, but hot damn, I hate CONCACAF away matches and reffing.

Italy grabbed a 2-1 victory over the Dutch today with 18-year-old Gianluigi Donnarumma at keeper. Impressive.

also FIFA have opened proceedings against Neil Taylor

Is it news that FIFA will pay his wages? I thought that was the normal contingency for being injured on international duty.

Would guess an extra two games for Taylor, if anything.

I didn't know that, so I guess it is?

I might be totally wrong. Maybe they only do it for exceptional circumstances. I know it was done for Owen when he was playing (or not) for Newcastle. He demolished his knee on England duty and was out for nearly a year I think.

A dynamic that I've grown to love after years of following r/MLS is that every season, every fan base is under the assumption that their team is bringing in an attacking midfielder in the summer.

As an FCD fan we don't need an attacking midfielder, would kill for a quality striker though.

Robles is the worst. Can anybody tell me why he starts over Stekelenburg?

  21. Wharf Rat

I know a little something you won't ever know Prestigious

He's earned it over him, at least up to the last 3 matches-ish. Its definitely time to start reconsidering.

Although, remember, worth noting that of course we're awful defensively, we lost 2 key defenders and are starting youngsters

How did he earn it though? Stekelenburg was very good until his injury. Then Robles filled in for him but I dont understand why he stayed after Stekelenburg was fit again. Me personally, I feel way more confident when we have Stekelenburg playing and I guess the defenders might feel the same. You're just way more confident when you have a good keeper behind you.

And that 3rd goal was all on Robles...if he doesn't come out it's an easy save.

That third goal was horrible from Robles yeah. He made it so easy for Origi

  25. I hate the international breaks. Spurs fielding a weak team due to the heavy load a few guys had during it. And we look rusty.
