    This 10:30 kickoff nonsense is the worst. Stupid west coast. I thought we only gave them daytime summer games for a reason.

    Rumours of Hazard to Real. Fine player, but where would he play? On the wings? They don't really play with a #10

    Correct me I'm wrong, @Dani, but I think the front line would then be Hazard-Ronaldo-Bale as opposed to Cristiano-Benzema-Bale. I think I saw that talk. But then again, according to La Liga journos, Benzema has been leaving Madrid for like three seasons now.

    No, it was cold and rainy here yesterday

    @dani1292

    Ronaldo has been slowly shifting away from the wing and into a more center forward position. That's how you'll get the most out of him. So that front line makes sense.
    But like Nick said, we don't really play with a #10 so bringing in Hazard is beyond me. And if we're switching to a 4-4-2 to play with a #10 I'd stick with James or Isco over Hazard.

  21. Today I went to a regionalliga nord 4. Bundesliga match for ETSV Weiche v. Braunschweig II. Weiche scored twice before we got there, but the game unfortunately ended in a tie. Great fun though

    Messi banned from the next four Argentina WCQ for insulting an assistant ref. Obviously, not something you should do and should receive punishment for, but when it didn't even make the match report, it seems awfully suspicious/weird and four games seems harsh considering that the offense if noted during a match is only a yellow card...

    But besides Uruguay, the other three matches are pretty win-able for a team of Argentina's quality without Messi anyway. If anything, this just improves Barca's chances of success early next season not having him travel to South America during the Aug/Oct FIFA weeks.

    Video refereeing was used today in France v Spain for offside decisions and worked a treat.

    So the US qualifier tonight isn't being aired tonight? Or is it on BeIN?
