This is Day 1 of the festival - Friday line up will be announced the first week of March and will include intimate shows with some of our larger acts, acts that are not performing on Day 2 or 3, local bands, and more - Saturday and Sunday will take place at AirHogs Stadium in Grand Prairie (formerly known as QuikTrip Park) where we always host the festival in Spring ALBUM PLAYS - Cute Is What We Aim For: The Same Old Blood Rush With A New Touch - Envy On The Coast: 10 Year Anniversary of Lucy Gray + Fan Favorites - Forever The Sickest Kids: Underdog Alma Mater - Four Year Strong: Rise or Die Trying - Mayday Parade: A Lesson In Romantics - Never Shout Never: The Yippie EP + Me And My Uke EP - Set Your Goals: Mutiny - We The Kings: We The Kings
I wouldn't be surprised if Mayday closes out Saturday, they do seem to be the biggest band imo on Saturday.
I'd say Houston wins the most out of So What Fest. All of the bands I'd be interested in seeing are still coming here and I can pick and choose which shows to go to!
Never Shout Never is doing Throw Back Tour. That's takes away a little from him playing the two EPs here. EOTC and FTSK are really the only two doing anniversary sets here exclusively.
So What?! Music Festival with Mayday Parade, We The Kings, The Story So Far, on March 24–26 Discounted 3 day pass through Groupon
are houston/dallas huge places for scene? most metalcore bands on spotify, the top areas listened usually have those two towns
I'm not sure about houston, but as far as dallas is concerned, metalcore / scene bands draw a lot more than anything else, and a majority of the bands to come out of our scene are metalcore. It really sucks.
