how much money is enough money?

Why? There must have been a way to port simple text files? All the effort of thousands of writers over a decade?

I feel like I remember Jason saying somewhere he would bring back some of the popular ones. And I doubt they're all completely lost, just hidden somewhere we can't get to because of the redirect. Jason wouldn't just throw all that hard work from everyone over so many years away.

EDIT: Nevermind, person below me has be believing otherwise now

It's been explained many times since the site was shut down but basically when Jason bought out AP from Spin, he couldn't afford to buy back the data because it was too cost-prohibitive. It bothers you THAT badly, you could always look for it in the Internet Archive if it's there.

    Ahhh I see
  12. I saved all of mine and I know a lot of other staffers saved theirs as well, if you're looking for something specific. Haha.
