How do you even pronounce Cyr? Like "sire"? "Seer"? "Sir"?

I don’t like either of these songs. This mf loves putting his vocals extremely high in the mix.

I still like Colour of Your Love more, but Cyr is the one that’s been in my head all weekend

 

Basically came here to say the same thing. Colour is my favorite of the two, but Cyr has seriously grown on my over the last couple of days. First time I heard it I was like "where the heck is the chorus?" and now I have that "SAY I DONE TOLD YOU" part stuck in my head.

 

I've heard up though Machina II and keep telling myself I should keep going, now might be the time

i mean i like some of the reunion stuff but still

 

I’ve been a fan of Pumpkins for 15+ years and while there’s some missteps in the later records - it’s overall pretty good!

I love most of Zeitgeist, most of Oceania (The Celestials still gives me chills), and about 75% of Moments To An Elegy. I also loved Shiny And Oh So Bright.

So I guess what I’m saying is that I’m sure you’ll enjoy some of the material on the newer albums.

I love Colour of Love and really dig CYR when I don’t watch the music video lol

Excited for another double album! I hope they release some insane vinyl variants for this.

It’s definitely a lot. If you’re interested in straight up rock - go with Zeitgeist first but if you want something experimental and pretty - go with Oceania first

Kind of disappointing to have a big countdown just for a release announcement but I guess that's part of album promotional cycles these days. Was kind of hoping they'd just drop the album by surprise haha. Super excited though!

 

i feel like that’s pretty much always been the norm

 

The vinyl is expensive but I wanted to show support since I bought Adore and their last record via Discogs.

 

i would personally recommend that steve hear every zwan song he can

 

That Zwan album is kinda good though

 

20 songs? Wonder how much filler there is.

 

I've actually listened to the Zwan album a few times, it's enjoyable
