I can't pinpoint when Billy stopped screaming. It seems fairly recent and I can't pinpoint why because he sounded good even doing it a year ago..

 

Taylor Swift's dad does NOT scream, man... come on...

 

Okay, if they had announced this when the "special" show went on sale, I would have found a way to be there because Mark McGrath is just my favourite person ever. This is upsetting.

To think I was living in the parallel universe where he does scream and I've somehow tripped into the one where he's T-Swift's father and doesn't scream..

The hand of cards I've been dealt is a rough one.

 

It became less cool to scream the world is a vampire after everyone started doing it

The 3:17 mark. Billy was a maniac and it was great.

 

The show tonight was amazing! They seriously played for 3+ hours. The stage production was nuts, the setlist was perfect, and Metric was really good too. I also got an upgrade from the upper deck to the lower deck, which seemed odd because the venue looked sold out but hey I'm not complaining lol

So glad you all have been having fun at these shows in the States. I can’t wait for it to get here at the end of the year. Pretty happy with the set lists (although like others have said, I’d prefer them to drop the covers).

does any one know where to get a good, or i guess the best possible quality, of Machina II? I have one, but its pretty shit.

As it says on the page the original source of the recordings was vinyl, so the quality is never that great on any of the files out there.

This already sounds better than whatever torrent i probably downloaded my version from back in like 2008 or something

 

That sites great for Pumpkins files btw, it has a ridiculous amount of bootlegs from shows and tv appearances and stuff.

I even managed to find the recording of the first time I saw them (Wembley, London 04/11/2000), which was my first ever gig. That recording wasn’t the best quality but it was still cool to find that.

 

The version of Try Try Try on Machina II is the best!

 

I can’t believe I’ve never listened to Machina II but it’s gonna happen after I finish my Phoebe Bridgers vinyl run through
