Holy shit that was so fucking stressful, but I finally got tickets for MSG! I'm in Row 6 of the upper deck directly facing the stage. And they were fucking $110 a ticket after fees! I actually was able to get lower bowl seats in my cart, but when I saw they were over $200 after fees I had to dump them. I don't think I'll be buying Radiohead tickets tomorrow.....I don't think I can handle this stress lol
I did think you guys might have been underplaying how popular these shows would be. Glad you all got tickets though I’m still here twiddling my thumbs waiting for uk dates
got my chicago tickets! My fiance is sure to be so mad at me for turning into a grown man baby at this.
Why was it such a chaotic experience trying to get any 2 tickets for MSG a few hours ago....but now there are plenty of seats available? Also interesting, all ticket ranges increased by $10 since this morning.
My upper deck seats were $110 each, which is a lot for me. But damn now I'm starting to think I shoulda just shelled out $250 for up close floor seats. SP is one of my favorite bands, and its just gonna feel weird being so far from the stage.
feel your pain. it was way harder to get these here (in Chicago) then I expected. Same thing with Radiohead today - I struck the fuck out on that.
Had a hell of time getting tickets to the L.A. show. Managed to snag a couple for a bit more that I'd like, but then I will realistically never see them live again. So it's worth it to me. Maybe I should have held out for closer seats though...
It's really bizarre how this has been selling. In some dates like Chicago, Connecticut and Toronto the shows are basically sold out; in some dates like NYC and San Diego they are like 75% sold out. Then there are shows like the Phoenix and Detroit shows that look like that barely sold 500 tickets. Maybe they overshot it with so many tour dates?
It's really ridiculous how many publications are writing these articles. Not only is the tour still 5 months away, but some of the dates have actually sold really well. Chicago and CT are sold out, and dates like LA, San Diego NYC and one of the Florida shows are like 75% sold already. I used to think Billy was paranoid, but damn the media really does love to shit on him.
The 5 months away excuse doesn’t really work IMO They oversold the hype on this, and the prices are outrageous. People are excited, but not at that insane cost. If prices were reasonable this would’ve done insanely well, but with the way it is now it deters people from buying it.
Up in the nosebleeds, tickets are $26 for the SLC show. The same seats were over $50 for Foo Fighters at the same venue. Seems pretty reasonable.
Wow. Nosebleeds in NYC were still like $80 after fees. I'm sitting in like the 2nd row of the upper deck and still paid $110 per ticket.
