If we're following the Craig playbook, tomorrow they will tweet a music video and pretend it never happened while secretly integrating an ex-Korn member into the band.
Jay Weinberg out of Slipknot, not a HUGE loss imo. There are going to be other incredible drummers to take his place, probably better than him even. I guess he has had problems with other groups he was in, like Madball and Against Me! And Laura even warned Slipknot of his involvement? He was in Slipknot for awhile though after Joey, so it’s kinda surprising. Fans seemed to really not like him, though. I thought he was serviceable. But still, he was and will never be Joey.
Odd to hide behind the notion of a creative decision if you're kicking the guy out for his personality. You can make a perfectly neutral statement if that's the reason.
Most fans don’t know nor care about that. I’ve typically only seen praise for his drumming and confusion for him leaving
Is it not still four? I'm pretty sure Jim Root wasn't in the band until after the S/T dropped which is why he's not on the album cover.
He joined during the recording of the self-titled but only played guitar on Purity, so you could argue it either way.
I’m pretty sure that’s him on the album cover, but he briefly wore the mask of Josh, who he replaced before wearing his jester mask
they can google it, they know how the internet works. im not here to copy and paste, shit is old news anyways. and they wonder why jay was fired, it was always coming. trends are trends for a reason.
all the shit thats been said about him. from fans, to former band mates, to what he's done. it's not that hard to do the internet lol
I’ve seen nothing but positive things from Slipknot fans lol. They all seem pretty pissed he’s gone. But yes, I have seen what his former band mates have said.
