WANYK was incredible, which was what made the most recent one such a letdown. Regarding the live show, I'll adjust the comment: the *show* is great, the set list/shortness of the set list leaves a lot to be desired. Plus, hardly any of that newer material either.
Was listening to TESF again and I'm surprised they haven't released Hive Mind as a single yet Think I said before it sounds like they wrote it to be another Nero Forte
Confusing marketing. The way its worded makes it seem like they're dropping a live version of 'All Hope is Gone' and was thinking who the fuck actually wants or needs that? But its just an old recording of a standard set list from '09
Musically, Volume 3 might be my favorite Slipknot record but Corey’s strained screaming brings it down several notches for me. These days WANYK is my all-around favorite.
Wherein Lies Continue is actually one of my favorites from All Hope Is Gone lol Of course Iowa has to be #1, I mean any of their first three have an argument for it but Iowa definitely has the strongest case.
Well that's a bit out of nowhere Jay has really grown into the role so I wonder who they have eyes on that will be an "evolution"
Man, that’s wack. Jay was such a good fit and killed that role. I feel awful for him. Even if it was a “good terms” thing, that was still his dream gig. “Slipknot is intent on evolving” is a puzzling phrase. Wonder what that means?
