Even weirder is that Jay technically was in Madball. So Madball to Slipknot is just fucking funny to me.

Zach is a total monster on drums, although I’d rather him be behind a kit than banging on kegs

 

Corey is teasing something for tonight on Instagram... speculation that it’s the next single Solway Firth

“Solway Firth” is out on Apple Music. Holy shit... the most I’ve enjoyed a new song from them in ages!

 

Now THIS is the shit I wanted.

 

Kinda reminds me of when the video for "My Plague" was cut with clips from Disasterpiece and Resident Evil.

This is exactly what I wanted, this song is a punch to the fucking face ! What movie are the clips from they are using in the video ?

 

I wasn't sure with that beginning speaking part at first but wow it really got into it. Definite Iowa vibes mixed with their modern sensibilities.

 

That metal riff in the middle is unreal, I haven't liked a Slipknot song that much since middle school.

 

Cannot wait for this album.

 

Corey gets better and better. It’s unreal.

 

This and All Out Life is exactly what I wanted from the band since the Vol. 3 days.

 

There's a lot going on but it clicks instantly. Great song.

 

that might actually be slipknot's best song. they really have matured for this one

 

I was put off by the intro (the “mutters” part), but it kicks in in a big way!
