Some of their song are heavy but in a grand, sweeping kind of way. If they transitions to more hardcore punk rather than radio rock/djent I’m not sure how that’ll play. But I hope they keep the progression
Apparently Vessel couldn't sing anymore, so the crowd had to fill in for half the show tonight. His tech had him lift some weights https://www.instagram.com/stories/lordcebo/3259405230805554330?igshid=N2ZiNzVhMjY2OA==
Absolutely love the band, hate the new look. Just the masks with black cloaks would have been better.
Yeah, their subtlety was the big allure. This is all so loud and meh. Maybe it's what they want and that's cool, i'll be along for the ride.
That's insane. It's not hard to find their names. Addresses and BC are so weird though. A lot of the recent ST fanbase has had real Swiftie attitudes lately.
That makes me very sad tbh. Just have fun in the illusion of mystery people. we can't have nice things
Yeah, if you don't like the band, then don't listen to them but trying to take away their "anonymity" is a weird flex.
I think it's a lot of fans who love them and go out looking for that thinking they'd be best friends are be one of the few "in the know".
I doxx all of my best friends birth certificates and social security numbers on Truth Social! they love it
For what it's worth I don't think the social media wipe is related to their doxxing, which from what I've seen wasn't as bad as people have said. An admin of a fan telegram channel was threatening to leak their address/birth certificates, but I think only one BC actually circulated before the group got shut down. It seems like their identities were made public, but they've been public for a while now-- Vessel makes pretty clear allusions to his old band's music in his lyrics, and iii even used to have a Twitch channel. They have a tour announcement coming up, and Vessel's old project posted a new video to their Youtube page, which seems to indicate this is all part of some sort of hype-build-up.
You can even see their names on the ASCAP publishing repertory. Granted, the most casual fan won't be looking that up anyway but super weird to release birth certificates or threaten to. How do people even get that shit?!
I think given their popularity and the way the fanbase has changed, they may need to take a Ghost approach in the future. Not be actively hiding anything, but not promoting any personal information. I know it sucks, but most people do. I mean I saw some photos circulating of people snapshotting Vessel's family commenting on facebook posts.
