I don't like laying on my back cuz i'm scared I'll get sleep paralysis -- you're more prone to get it in that position for some reason.
I used to love sleeping on my stomach. I'd pull my elbows into my sides and put my hands under the pillow to cradle my head. I'd wake up so achy every morning. But it was so comfortable in the moment. This is how I sleep, on the left side, back to the wall. My knees, hips, and chest hurt if I don't have my body pillow. Even rolling over really messes me up. Anyone have success with a "cooling" pillow? I have sort of old iSo Cool pillows and they do nothing! I've looked into others but I've always found extremely mixed reviews.
