Naps are a gross practice

 

few things are better than deciding to ignore your early morning obligations and sleeping in instead. i get my natural high off that shit.

it's just I never feel better or refreshed or anything after taking a nap, just sick and disoriented. Maybe I need to time them better

Pro tip: Take naps of 30 minutes, 90 minutes or 180 minutes to not feel drowsy/disoriented when you wake up.

(There's reasoning behind this, something to do with not being deep in your sleep cycles at those times, but I can't remember exactly).
