Things I wish I could go back in time and tell young me: 1. That maroon eyeshadow is not punk and edgy. You look like you have a black eye 2. NARS Orgasm lipgloss may be a popular shade but DO NOT WEAR IT IT IS UGLY ON YOU 3. Stop getting skincare advice from teenybop magazines. Their advice is for girls who have like one pimple a year lol 4. Even tho you have oily skin you need moisturizer. WEAR IT NOW. 5. SUNSCREEN SIS
Good advice to everybody, moisturize and wear sunscreen. Most moisturizers these days are spf 15 which is nice. Keep this skin looking young.
I switched from cetaphil to cerave moisturizer cause its really thick and with retin-a the cetaphil moisturizer wasn't cutting it, and I love it so much. I have oily skin so I worry about getting greasy when I try new things but none of that. My skin looks really dewy and healthy.
Essie, China Glaze, Opi are kind of pricey. Wet n wild is 2 bucks, Sally Hansen, and there is another 2 dollar one at Walgreens which works pretty well.
Saw this lady pay for two of her young daughters (and herself) for waxing services at European wax. My mom would never do that, spend that much money on waxing service. She use to take to this nail salon and when we moved to where I lived now she stopped taking me because the salons here charged more than where we went. (She didn't want to spend $10 for my eyebrows). Lucky young girls
I have enough makeup and really don't need anymore but it's so hard. I'm watching anti-haul videos and it's so helpful to hear someone be like "You don't need these!! You have these! Don't pretend like you're going to buy these for someone else and then keep them for yourself!" It's like the last thing I need to spend money on but it's all so pretty.
My sister and dad have the most beautiful eyelashes and they look fake they're so long and thick. I didn't know this until my mom commented on his eyelashes but he cuts them with scissors bc he says he can't see bc they're so long. So..I taught him how to use an eyelash curler and he hasn't cut them since lol
Why is dry shampoo not clear yet? It's annoying trying to rub the white into my dark brown hair. You can even see it in blonde hair sometimes too. Maybe it's me and I'm not doing it right.
