I love this album and I hope that people pay attention to it, and give it the time it deserves, when it drops.

It's honestly probably Dogs, I really love that song. Though, idk Birth Blood is a really close second. Hbu?

:'/ i was gonna complain that this got announced so far in advance cause i wanna listen but like it's been technically like a year and a half since it's been written and a little less since the last time they recorded it right? so i guess it's been announced, another month won't kill

 

The lyrics to Dogs are just... Wayyy too good. The whole album is very lyrically on point but, having grown up in the same environments and around people with the same mindsets that Caleb wrote the song about, it just hits home so hard. And the chord progressions and melodies in Birth Blood are really infectious once they settle in after a couple listens. I love the whole album though, honestly, I hope it does well for them.

 

I've been writing an essay (except for when I've been on here, haha...) so I haven't had the chance to read through the lyrics, but those I caught were, of course, excellent. I really hope this gets em lots of attention. They seem great

For those who have already heard the album in its entirety, will this really be as short as it looks? 8 songs, both songs released are about 4 minutes long, so I am guessing that this will be less than 30 minutes?

Not complaining, just curious, mostly because 2 of the last 3 Tiny Engines have also been rather on the short side.

fyi, this article mentions that this is their first full-length, but they had an excellent one pre-Profanity called Labor Pains.
they're also both free on Bandcamp so everybody go listen :)

 

Hey there. Most of the songs are around three and a half minutes. I believe the running time is 31 mins

 

Honestly 30-45 minutes is the sweet spot for most records anyways.
