I went into this a bit skeptical but it actually works really well

 

Other cool part about this was the money they raised for their foundation.

 

Simple Plan has always been a fun show, they're a great live band

 

I don’t get why anyone would hate these guys. Like hating blowjobs or cotton candy.

 

Maybe they aren't "punk" enough (sarcastic of course).

 

For sure. I mean, they’re not! And they never had to be. Not every band has to be Bad Religion or Gorilla Biscuits or Lifetime or DK.

I love BR. Cornerstone punk band. Abrasive. Not for everyone. But I sing along to catchy songs, whoever writes them, and these guys have been writing them for 20 years. It’s dumb and shitty to dunk on them for being part of this scenes melting pot, but maybe not in the way you like.

They have always been one of my favorite bands ever since I first got into music. Sounds cheesy, but they have always "been there for me."
