A few skips but liked a lot more the this one.

  2. This feels like an amalgamation of Physical Thrills and Neck of the Woods. "Interrobang" feels like a lost track from the latter. This one will probably take a few more spins to digest, but I'm always impressed by their consistency while always experimenting a bit with the formula.

Enjoyed this on my first listen. The Wreckage and Au Revoir Reservoir were standouts.

Really enjoyed this one. Probably their best since Neck of the Woods.

    First 3 tracks are great.

Wakey Wakey has cool verses but the chorus, if you can call it that, isn’t for me.

Next few tracks are cool, thorns and all being my fav non-single.

Running out of sounds is a dud. Interrobang is ok. Closer is ok.

I just want more oomph from these guys :(

Decent record but still doesn't compare to Swoon and Carnavas. Those days are probably gone at this point.

I listened to this once whilst 6 beers deep on a RV during Daytona. It was really cool and I was surprised about the mild reaction in here. Thought it sounded super groov-y.

    The season is never over.

I wouldn't recommend this record as an entry point to this band, they've done better, but as a fan of the band already it has its moments. I guess you could say it...swoons me.

Who would jump into a band with their eighth album?

I mean, my comment was innocent enough but I think this sort of thing can and does happen? What if someone hears a track off this record and checks it out accordingly without previous knowledge?

  13. I check out random new albums every Friday without knowing artists well :crylaugh:

I jumped into Bad Religion first with Stranger Than Fiction, their 8th album.

You do pose a good question. What is the best 8th album of an artist?
