I am super excited for Hawthorne and Silverstein in the same show. ACB too I suppose, though I’m not as huge into them as the HH, I am still excited to watch them
Wow couldn't imagine that. Is that the tour where Bayside's drummer got killed in the tour bus accident?
HH was one of the first concerts I ever went to (The Shelter in Detroit if you know it). Tickle Me Pink opened up for them...their singer had a killer voice, sounded like the album but turned up a notch. To this day I believe that it was the best I'd ever heard someone sound in a ~300 cap club. I also got Micah Carli to sign my quickly-disintegrating chucks and got a pic with him after the show...awesome.
Ya know I listened to a couple of the singles when they came out that I liked...I was following the thread, but must have missed the album drop since it wasn't getting much buzz around here. Def gonna check it out now, thanks for the reminder! What did you think of it? Does it bother you that JT is the only original member left now?
I loved it (as you can see the album title is my user name). It’s probably some of their best work. And no, it doesn’t bother me
Oh yeah! Didn't make that connection hah. Just curious on the JT question...I'm glad they're continuing on. So which show(s) are you planning on going to?
I had VIP to Hawthorne’s show for the new album back in May. And now I’ll be going to the Atlanta date for this tour. You? Hey @Nate_Johnson i cannot remember which date are you going to :P This made me laugh out loud in my office at work
Detroit for sure and also maybe the Chicago date since it's at House of Blues and I love that venue. Also because the Chicago show will be right around my gf's bday (a present for me too lol).
They love coming to the Anaheim HOB. Glad the tour will come through here. This will be a good tour for HH. They don’t draw that well on their own, but they’re perfect for this tour
agreed it’ll give them some long overdue exposure to people who left them behind maybe reignite some new fans. What’s funny is correct me if I’m not mistaken didn’t they tour together back in the day but it was reversed? (Silverstein opening)
The No Sleep Again tour Silverstein, Bayside, and Aiden. Same tour John Beatz passed away on. I got into all those bands the year after that tour
