Those were some really tough matchups.

 

as i typed the last matchups i thought to myself "ugh this didn't go as i'd hoped" haha

probably aquamarine, sound, end (tossup), smile. my main qualm was i thought most were a lot closer in quality than the scores reflected. my biggest shocks are how beloved karma is and the fact that midwestern is here at all, i think its an average silverstein song at best.

 

Yeah Toronto or Late on 6th should have won IAAIEIT. And I also wouldn't call any of these four songs their best.

i would've given it to je me or late on 6th; toronto's great but doesn't do too much for me, though that may be bc i didn't listen to that album much. i think smile has a great chorus; I've heard it enough live but its a good hype up song. at some point i'll provide my favorites off each album, it'll make me feel better haha

that said, the band have very few bad songs, and i as long as midwestern doesn't win ill be happy

 

Karma is their best song, Toronto and Stand Amid the Roar are their best post-DTW songs.

 

I'm writing this post to remind myself to challenge this later
