I recently got HBO so I flew through S2 and S3, and it might be because I watched them all within two weeks, but the show is actually pretty repetitive as far as plot goes. PP gets a break, but then something at Hooli happens and "they're fucked". Something happens and PP gets another break. Something happens with investors and "they're fucked". Something happens and PP gets another break, and so on and so on. Fortunately, the show is very funny. But it's the same old, same old.
great episode "I was CEO for 11 days, I broke the rights of 50,000 little girls, exposed them to perverts, and racked up the debt the size of a small nation's GDP"
Reminds of Dwight the first time he's put in charge of The Office back in season two. They both let the power get to their heads.
Ya they've managed to draw out a solid game plan in a show that could fail miserably at that due to the nature of it
This show goes through seasons worth of plot in each episode and yet is still able to pack them all with great jokes
Not sure if I should spoiler tag this due to it being the latest episode, was there anything in the trailers that showed Gavin would be working with Richard? Because when the season started I was expecting for pied piper to be working with Gavin, but I wasn't sure if it was a prediction or something that was already shown. If I could sum up my thoughts for this episode with a single scene it would be Jared's shouting. I feel like there was a part in there that he genuinely cracked up and they just didn't bother editing it out.
My roommate was watching one of the newer episodes the other day and I was bored so I watched it and loved it. Gotta start watching the rest of this now.
Finally caught up on the first three episodes of this season. The Gavin v Jack stuff has been my favorite.
Holy fuck I was weak with laughter at least 5 times during this episode. I love how many great Jin Yang scenes we've been getting.
