Very excited to see her again opening for The Beths!

 

We have to be getting new music before the tour, right!?!?!

This is now her third support tour post pandemic and while I love hearing older songs I’d love to hear some new music!

 

God I hope so

Looks like something may finally be coming this week? She’s playing Beach Bunny's pool party in September in Chicago and their socials are hinting something is coming this week.

It is honestly crazy that it’s been over 7 years since she released this album. I am so curious what the follow up will sound like, assuming it is coming. Pool Party will be her fourth time touring in Chicago post-pandemic and it would be nice to hear some new songs in her set.

There is definitely an announcement of some sort tomorrow.

 

It definitely seemed like they were hinting something was coming tomorrow but nope. Although someone did ask Sidney the question that is on everyone’s mind who is a fan and this was her response:

 

Hmm..not the answer I was expecting.

 

Honestly, while her live shows are fun and I've seen her multiple times in recent years because she was opening for an artist I also wanted to see (and I'll probably see her again at Pool Party)...for me it would be hard to justify going to see her headline without new music in the set just because I have seen her play songs from this album a handful of times already.

Edit: I just looked and tomorrow will be the 6 year anniversary of when I saw her headline for the first and only time in Chicago.
