Oh, I know. I don't even like any of those bands (nor do I like anyone in this genre), I was just thinking of some of those early 2000s butt rock bands that were often associated with some of the main acts.

Also, isn't the drummer from SOAD a MAGA head?

Pretty much, but who cares.. he's the drummer

Rest of the band is very much on the left

    Things have changed.

Aaron Lewis, Trapt, SOAD drummer ... probably a lot of others.

Not sure if I would count Smile Empty Soul as "MAGA" but they are strong into conspiracies and anti-vax. Their new material has songs about people being "sheep" and I saw their drummer on a few occasions on FB being anti-vax and anti-mask.

I mean I know about Aaron Lewis & Trapt guy but neither of those are on this poster, so I was curious who on this poster (besides John/SOAD) this was in relation to.

I could see Nine Inch Nails, Tool, Limp Bizkit, Slipknot, and A Perfect Circle as potential headliners if this continues to be an annual thing.

Really hoping for reunions from Taproot, Apex Theory, and Trustcompany next year lol

I'm wearing my Alien Ant Farm hoodie right now.

I'm so excited for them. Everything they've been through in their career and they find a way to tread above water. Now they get to play a festival with so many elite alternative rock bands. To me it validates them as more than mere two hit wonders. They are great musicians.

There’s so many bands on this I probably wouldn’t go out of my way to see on their own but would absolutely see when they’re all together in one place. This lineup is fun as hell

the fact that 90% of these bands didn't storm the capitol should count as a win lol

Probably won't go, but there's a dozen bands I'd love to see.

This may be worth going to just to get a firsthand reaction of what I can only imagine will be thousands of dudes transported directly from Woodstock ‘99 being exposed to 100 Gecs for the first time

    nu metal vs industrial?

I figure Ministry/KFMDM/thrill kill kult/skinny puppy fit the latter, more than the former.

Can easily still get tickets. The demand like wwwy is not there

Not surprising at all. This will probably sell slightly better than a Wimmer Fest.

Hype and demand is not as much as WWWY but I still think they can sell out 2 dates of this.

Hype was insane for WWWY at first but it definitely died down shortly after. I must have had at least a dozen friends sell their tickets because they got over the nostalgia of the bands they hadn't listened to since HS.
