Shin Kamen Rider is a 2023 Japanese Superhero film written and directed by Hideaki Anno. Produced to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Kamen Rider. It is the fourth and final film in Anno's Shin Japan Heroes Universe, following Shin Godzilla (2016), Evangelion 3.0+1.0: Thrice Upon a Time (2021) and Shin Ultraman (2022). In the film, a man and his female cohort attempt to annihilate the illegal organization responsible for his conversion into a mutant cyborg and stop their plans to conquer society.
