Has anyone watched In Wonder or the concert on Netflix yet? Reliving that show was an emotional rollercoaster for me (even if it wasn't from my city), and I think I'd go as far as saying it was one of my favorite shows ever. Makes me very sad to think there may not be a tour for this album, or at least not for a long time. Also highly recommend this interview
The actual livestream from today has been deleted, but there are individual song videos on his channel if anyone wants to watch. There was also a q&a and clips of him talking about writing each of the songs, but those weren't uploaded (yet?).
I feel like that review score is harsh, but I do agree with some of what was said. Musically I really like this album, and all of the live performances so far have been fantastic, but lyrically it's a bit mehh. I try not to comment on relationships (because it's none of my business), but I've never been a fan of Camila, so an album full of mushy songs about her is kind of blah.
I feel like he definitely has the potential to make a great album, it's a bummer he has not reached that potential yet.
