Before we settled on The Injured List, we considered: Cows Don't Hug Back Tomato Tornado Foreskin4000 and a whole bunch of others.
My brother and I had a vision for a Hall and Oates cover band called, Love Train, but She's Out of My League kind of stole it. My mom used to listen to them a good amount, so we had the tires kicking for a while. We were big into Me First and the Gimme Gimmes in middle school/high school, so our initial idea was to do punk, metal, and ska covers of Hall and Oates. But with a name like Love Train we wanted the project to really reflect the sensual side of things that Hall and Oates is known for. And we also figured if we kept it to true covers there would be upside to transition into a full on wedding cover band and really expand the Love Train footprint.
I wanna start a Mars Volta cover/parody band and re-write all their songs with Pokémon themed lyrics. Gonna call ourselves The Beldum in Goliath.
First single from the upcoming album Octilleredron. Or Noctowliquet. Or Froakie the Mute. Haven't settled on a title yet tbh. ps. enjoy my first ever like on this forum. This is a momentous occasion. Way to be. Edit: De-Loused In the Combee-torium. Boom.
In my head I've been in a band for the past two years called "Can't Sleep Clown Will Eat Me" and we make noise/punk, and it's actually slowly coming to fruition so nobody steal pls. Also when I was like 11 I thought Faded Rose sounded great as a band name, not so much nowadays
