I wouldn’t be surprised if the 10 rings appear in the armor wars show. Tony Stark is tied so close to the 10 rings in the comics and I’d put money on Rhodes taking his spot in the MCU (since Tony is dead).

Still sucks that Tony never got to meet his comic arch nemesis in the MCU.

 

Pretty sure booze took him out at the beginning of IM3

 

Huh? What do you mean?

 

There have been a number of high profile stories where Tony deals with alcoholism. It's pretty consistent across mediums.

It’s a shame that Wenwu is dead. His absence in the sequel will be felt due to how great he was in this.

 

Give Trevor the respect he deserves.

 

I wouldn't mind Trevor showing up again in a future MCU project. I'm not sure what else the character could do though.

 

I think he should just make random cameo appearances in future MCU projects. Like every so often we'd just get a random update on how he's doing and what's going on in his life. It doesn't even have to be related to what's going on.

I wouldn’t mind an episode of season 2 of what if going over IF Trevor actually had the 10 rings during Iron Man 3. That would be about as close as we could get to Tony fighting the Mandarin.

 

Trevor will probably show up in both Shang-Chi sequels similar to Everett Ross in the Black Panther films.

All I know is it very easily could’ve bombed because of the pandemic, not through any fault of its own, and I’m extremely glad it didn’t.

 

Trevor was perfect in this.

 

Saw this last night and had a blast. The big battle ending didn't bother me much at all since I think they did it well. I was more bothered by the pacing in a few places which is a minor thing really. I need more of Simu Liu kicking asses.

 

This was great. Loved the cast and the choreography (RIP to the legendary Brad Allen). Normally, I'd groan at the CGI fest finale, but I enjoyed it here and thought it was more visually interesting than a lot of other MCU movies. Cannot wait to see more Simu Liu in this universe.

Definitely top 1/3 MCU for me.
