    pretty good sketch.

  4. People in the comments are so eager to bring up the percentage of reported rapes that turn out to be false, while completely ignoring the percentage of actual cases of sexual assault that goes unreported. But okay, yeah, go ahead and focus on how women are always ruining men's lives with false accusations. It's not like getting raped ruins your life--oh wait.

I just discovered this cool site, it has a ton of films about women's issues all made by women directors from various backgrounds that you can stream for free

I have lots of thoughts on this and equal difficulty putting them into words, but this is 110% true (though coding bootcamps aren't adequate job preparation regardless of participants' genders). It's usually less pointed than anyone saying "front-end coding is women's work" outright, but I see "front-end coding isn't as hard as back-end" and the like thrown around on a regular basis, and that makes me want to pull my hair out. I put a lot of effort in my last position not to get forced into a FE-only role, since it's pretty much standard that you'll get paid a lot less as a "front-end web developer" than as a "software engineer".

Why's that? I feel the same about most dev ops/system admin sort of stuff, haha.

Good to see that ruling by jury on the War Machine case. That has to be considered a small victory for women in domestic cases that are afraid to bring their case forward right away.
