Okay in fairness there was a bit in the middle there where it was more than likely Lumon was gonna kill her and she figured that out lol
i meant more than the random outbursts her character has, even dating back to last season, i blame more on the writing than the actor. considering she’s been incredible in the past. but i agree that character, whoever you want to blame, is the weak link of the show
That’s fair. I just bumped in the idea that her switching sides was unmotivated is all. Honestly my bigger problem with that call was why would Mark and Devon trust her but oh well. I’ll ride it out lol
I will say I can at least kind of go along with the calling Cobel move now that we see Mark must have woke up and agreed to it. Devon doing so with Reghabi there and Mark unconscious was literally the most bananas choice anyone has made. Mark at least has a fuller picture of what Reghabi is doing to make an educated guess if kicking her aside for Cobel makes sense in a risk assessment context.
if anyone finds a character on here boring or an episode not to their taste then this show is clearly not for you, might i suggest a simpler show? is veggie tales still on?
cobel episode was fine in of itself. pace of the show has cratered. i remember when television used to be twenty episodes a season every year. we used to be a real country.
So wait was Cobel originally driving to her old home turned around to back to Lumon, got spooked and drove back?
Yes. She was wavering on turning on them, went back, realized they'd already turned on her completely, and decided to go whole hog.
A lot of new meaning to this line since learning about Cobel. I wouldn't put it past Lumon to keep that kind of information hush hush even to the future heir of the company.
I noticed today that not a single mom of any character has been shown on camera so far, except for Devon’s baby’s mom…could Lumen be stealing people’s moms and erasing their memories of them and they recruited Gemma to get to Mark to get to Devon, who they will steal and then erase her baby’s memory of her?
The Ringer prestige podcast had a segment where they replayed a few Cobel lines and they were all re-contextualized after the most recent episode.
