Sorry if my theories are annoying. Last one, since the more I look at this from episode 2x01 the more I think Mark is going to bring Gemma back to life and that’s what project Cold Harbour is. They know Mark is the best at this and need him so bad because he’s going to be the first to do it. Lumon thinks the four tempers make up a person (the four abbreviations under the five meters). Their work of dragging the numbers into the boxes because of how they “feel”, is putting the right amount of each temper into place.

Does anyone else think that Fields was the worker who collected the dental gear? It seemed purposeful that they did not show his face and I think its setting up that he is more part of Lumon than he made out at the dinner with Burt. Feels like a set up for a shock reveal now you've met him as Burt's partner.
