I start each day by playing those 4 games. It’s my favorite moment of the morning

 

I do them before I go to sleep. Wordle - Connections - The Mini - Strands

 

I often do them if I'm up in the middle of the night with the baby, so I have definitely had the weird experience of opening the app the next day getting confused about why they're already done.

 

Yeah I won’t do them too late for that reason. Haven’t done Wordle since maybe a few months after it blew up, but still do The Mini and Connections daily

In more recent weeks I’ve added in the Washington Post crossword since NYT’s is behind a paywall. It’s fun because you can share a personalized link with someone and do it together. My wife and I usually solve it together throughout the day

A couple days ago I started playing one called Spotle. It’s like Wordle, but instead of 5 letter words it’s the top 1000 artists on Spotify. You start with a shot in the dark guess similar to Wordle, and then it tells you how close you are based on when their debut album came out, group size, listener rank, country of origin, genre, and gender. The lasting value is questionable but it’s been fun so far
