Warpaint- This is EASILY a Top 5 SF song for me, it has everything a great SF song could have & more, even moreso to give it more of an edge, I was in the music video that they recorded for it at Warped 12 at Merriweather Post in MD. It's worth noting that Jets to Peru is a beautiful song & one of my recent favorites for sure.

Bastard Son- This was an easy pick for me, it has that nostalgic FTDOD sound that got me into this band in the 1st place, no cover is gonna be able to touch that.

Early Graves- This was another tough one bc I really enjoy Death Bed for what it is, but I had to give the nod to Early graves due to all of those songs just being soooo good! Not looking fwd to the next round when I have to start choosing between all of them.

Vines- Same reason as I chose above, plus AYNIAWY was just a weird track for me anyways, especially coming off of how tight Renacer was.

Their tour started last night!

Senses Fail Setlist at The Observatory, Santa Ana

 

As a huge fan of Waiting Room, Fire and Renacer that makes me super sad even though there are some few surprises in there. That opener is unexpected but probably sounds pretty good.

 

I hate how setlist.fm breaks down the songs by album here - particularly for The Fire

 

It was also the first night of the tour, so maybe they'll be switching things up some

 

Eh, ever since the LIEY tour I am not hopeful their sets will ever be pro Waiting Room through Renacer. Buddy seems down on those albums anyway and states it's not what people want, esp in his latest AMA.

That's fine though, they gotta do what most of their fans want to keep going which makes me happy in the end..... even if it means leaving out all their best songs

 

It's also not much of a surprise to see that their set has no songs from Pull The Thorns From Your Heart
