So excited for people to hear these songs! Since the end of August, I have been managing Wise Words. My first time ever managing a band. It has been a great experience and I have been learning a lot. Thankful for all of the guys in the band and them giving me the opportunity to try something new. "Neighbors" and "Burn" were written and performed by Cole Carpenter, Caleb George Morris, William Carpenter, Christian Frey and Donny Wolf. Recorded and Mixed at Sonic Lounge Studios by Bj Davis in Columbus, OH on November 14th. Mastered by TW Walsh. Artwork by Lauren Ashleigh Art. Deanna Chapman is handling the press release for these songs and their music videos (coming soon). New music out Friday, December 22nd. Wise Words Single Release Show Friday, December 29th. Pre-Order Now: "Neighbors - Single" by Wise Words on iTunes
New Wise Words is out today. Give it a listen. Really proud of the guys and how these songs turned out.
“Wonderwall” by Oasis – The BEST Cover EVER? Hey guys, I recently did a cover of Wonderwall by Oasis. I put A LOT OF EFFORT into making this the most unique cover of their song out there. It’d be awesome if you all could give this a watch and tell me what you think. I hope it brings you guys some value
this record is extremely good @jorbjorb. I will be spinning this for the foreseeable future. Great work on the tones and the vocal performances. I however, refuse to dance to this.
This means a lot to me. Thank you. Please share to your friends if you can. We're a tiny ass band lol.
I did a cover of a Keith Urban song a few years ago and its up to 888,000 listens on Soundcloud, maybe ya'll can help me hit the million mark Here's a few others I did as well by Anberlin and Bon Iver
For anyone who enjoyed the Night Run track on the last member compilation (or for anyone who likes beats + dark melodies), we just dropped our first EP:
Great job man, listened to a coupla songs from the new album on Spotify today. Wish we had some bands in town with your sound cause we'd fit more on bills with that style than the reggae bands here
I’m also tired of playing with metal bands. I wish I could put together a more compelling package in our city.
Yeah there's maybe 3 bands in town that even make sense to put us with, one being Stages and Stereos. We're way more pop leaning though and there are pretty much zero of those bands here. There are 1000 reggae bands though, for some reason
The show I put on last week was pretty tight, we had a Tool-esque band, a girl-group, a shoegaze band, a pop rock band and ... whatever the fuck False King is right now. People said it was the best show ever and we packed the venue so obvs did something right, but I kinda wanna get some fans from the “right” scene too.
