Here's something in the vein of MxPx/Slick Shoes that I wrote for my wife for Valentine's Day. Hope you enjoy!
Hi everyone (I don't know if this is the right place, thread so feel free to move this post if needed) ! I'm currently working on a fictive streaming service for a school project. In order to do that we had to create and share this short survey to get a maximum of insights from potential future users. If you're into streaming music, videos or pop culture in general just answer the survey's questions about your streaming habits, wishes and ideas. It only takes around 5 minutes and is fully anonymous. Thanks everyone in advance LINK : https://forms.gle/Fo9eu1PjitKdGvbU7
It’s Bandcamp Friday! Best time to support bands on there since the revenue share is waived. My band Lost Vessels don’t get much attention but I think some on here would enjoy. If you like us, consider getting the EP on Bandcamp today: RIYL: Jimmy Eat World, Paramore, sad energy
. Everyone is invited to join my forum and listen to some quality music. There is a news letter with a small meditation excercise in case anyone is interested i've posted my genealogy to help researchers discover their past as well. Please use this link to keep watching for details: https://ffm.bio/o040grj regards, DJ The Grand Mistro- The Lombard (Sir Mark Alan Green)
My band Little Bribes released a new song 'Cartography'. We are a DIY emo band originally from Nottingham but now we are a bit scattered across the UK. FFO: American Football, Trumpet in emo songs, The shimmer reverb pedal
My band I Swallow Ghosts from Pittsburgh, PA put out a new EP today. I've lurked here since the Absolutepunk days. Hope ya'll enjoy.
I saw that you're playing with my friends in Frame & Mantle! I toured with them and shared a few and band members in the early days of Flower Crown.
I'm from up near Erie where they originated! One of my good friends from home was roommates with Mark (drummer) in college! We're super excited to go on this short tour with them.
Some electronic music for the summer, mech themed (youtube.com) Total sci-fi mech themed techno. Made with mech walker beats, robotic sound effects, blasters, etc. The Lambrick Park Side (youtube.com) More hot music for the summer! (youtube.com) More electronic music for the summer (youtube.com) Feedback and more subscribers would be great. If it's prototype and needs improving I'd like to improve. Thanks.
My little brother who lives in the Oregon forests and would be happy to live off the grid forever is finally releasing his debut record, a decade into writing and recording songs, and I’ve been listening to an advance copy of the album non-stop for the last month. It’s his best stuff and I’ve forgotten it’s my brother at times, because it’s been mixing into the rest of the music I play and get stuck in my head, so very cool and I’m excited for him. Anyway, as I mentioned, he would love nothing more than to live off the grid and only do live shows so he *just* started an Instagram account and that’s where he exists until his album officially drops later this year. So far there’s some live versions of upcoming songs played in the forest/on the cliffs of the Oregon coast, so also kinda cool in just a vibin’ in nature sorta way.
I just started a music channel focusing on album reactions/reviews for bands in and around scene music - emo, pop punk, hardcore, metalcore, etc. I practiced with Paleface Swiss, Holding Absence, and Militarie Gun, and Trophy Eyes and Too Close To Touch are first up for the public, debuting this Tuesday at 8pm EST. Subscribe and come listen to music together! It's been a couple of years since I've made music but I whipped this new tune up last month. Kinda worried I didn't dedicate enough time to the mixing:
Just plugging the website that I sell my acapellas on Vocalfy - Royalty Free Vocals - Ready-Made Vocals For Your Music
Chris from the band Woe has been building a Bandcamp competitor called Ampwall and is looking for early access artists to test out the platform: Ampwall early access - mailing list April 2024 Requirements: You’re based in the US and sell in USD You have or can create a Discord account to join our community server You promise not to upload more than five hours of music without sending us a message first Not a requirement but we’re optimized for individual artists, not labels, right now The pages are looking pretty good: Get Well on Ampwall
My buddy hosts a podcast and I was a guest on this week's ep along with a mutual friend to talk about Q1 albums we liked! Like What You Like Q1 Favs (link is to spotify but it's on all those podcatcher apps)
I don't think this thread gets much traffic outside of those self-promoting, but it can't hurt to share in one more place: There was an unfortunate (hopefully minor) complication with my cat's surgery and we are still fundraising to combat some of the medical bills. I absolutely do not expect anyone to donate, but if you happen to know a good place to share or someone who likes to donate to these things and has a few bones to spare, please feel free to do so. Prayers and good vibes are appreciated as well. Thank you https://gofund.me/4f845ef0
