    Good record. I don’t think it can be understated how good of a job Taylor Young did producing this record. “Watcher at the Well” sounds absolutely pristine

    The commentary track is cool too

    I think they have settled nicely into this dark The Cure/Depeche Mode indie rock. His vocals are definitely the best they have ever been.

    the way he does these bizarre vocal melodies has a way of completely recentering a lot of these songs for me. particularly feeling this tonight


    also sometimes reminds me of Tim Kinsella's singing on like Owls stuff

    I would recommend the Jamaica/Iceland 7”s and You Are Beneath Me, but all their material is good
