I finally unfollowed this band on Twitter so I can enjoy their music again, so....cool

it's really good - very different from earlier stuff but that's kind of expected with this band

 

new song is sick

kind of that western/country vibe that sometimes creeps into their shit

so pumped to finally get a new LP

the final two tracks on this album are probably the band's best two songs - this album is just unreal

 

Where does it land among their other material? My favorites from them are stuff like Superior and Heaven Is Earth.

 

it's similar - maybe a little more Americana leaning than previous

 

I would say they have gotten better at writing the type of songs you heard on those albums

 

Heaven Is Earth is a masterpiece - so hyped after Drew’s comments

I've only intermittently kept up with them as of recently since they put out so much it's hard to keep up with but I am really intrigued by that song so I'll have to jump back in

Anyway, I haven't listened to the last couple EP's but I loved Heaven is Earth. Seems like this is continuing down that path
