There's some stuff that would have to be different but it is good that a society grows and evolves. People in the 80's couldn't do all the jokes from the 50's.

 

“Wouldn’t be able to do” is a dumb way of saying “wouldn’t land”

 

Could they do it on like "network tv" idk...probably not. Could they do it on always sunny? Lol I'm sure they would do worse

Idk why Jerry feels the need to he defensive. Theres not too much in Seinfeld that "wouldn't be allowed". Jerry giving his new love interest the cigar store indian statue, not knowing she's native American.... the joke is ON HIM. He looks like an asshole for being culturally insensitive. Although Kramer randomly driving buy with the statue while Jerry tries to apologize to the girl is a part that cracks me up every single time.
