It’s noticeable, especially with Jerry, but it’s not a massive drop in quality imo. They’re no worse than seasons 1 & 2

Yeah there are some gems but since the episodes don't really connect you might as well get them to the greatest hits first and they can always go back.

Netflix should allow users to make episode playlists to share with each other. You would need the same thing for The Simpsons.

 

season 2 has some great episodes. the chinese restaurant, the jacket, the phone message...

The first two seasons of Curb Your Enthusiasm are great.

 

I hit somebody with a George Costanza 'baby' today.

Prompted me to search for it on youtube and found a whole baby compilation.

 

It is always a shock when you do a marathon and a Jerry or George girlfriend shows up for multiple episodes. Watching them in syndication you get no indication they have any sort of arc.

 

I always thought that the writers gave Jerry a new girlfriend every episode was to make fun of specific personalities/habits/quirks as well as dating situations that I assume were based on real people and events.

 

This was quite a show back then. Id love to binge it all over again - perhaps I will... So many great episodes.

 

Popped on some episodes on Netflix last night, first time in well over a year since I watched any eps.

I wish Netflix had an option to just shuffle episodes and jump around to random seasons.

 

I always felt like "The Checks" was an underrated episode
