I enjoyed their last album but this album is feeling incredibly improved and refined in comparison. Each single has encapsulated so many things I've loved about post-hardcore/metalcore over the last like 15-20 years. This new single might be one of my favorite Courtney features yet.

 

I feel like after the last few singles the 3 cheers era MCR SYSC song is inevitable

I liked their previous stuff but the new tracks are killing it. it's throwbacky but the ecletic nature of it keeps it fresh, like a sampler of the great post hardcore stuff but jerked forward instead of being nostalgia bait. love the genre experimentation going on. chewing the scenery is a banger beyond belief
