80’s revival is over, we’re going 90’s now!

A catchy, fun, party record which is exactly the type of band Seaway is

  4. Yeah, this is great. Took a few listens to click but I’m really enjoying it today. “Pathetic” and “Peach” are gonna be in rotation for a while.

    Big vibe indeed

  7. I honestly can't think of how any of this sounds like a 1975-rIpoff, but my real question is... are you liking the record?

"Still Blue" is a standout for me. I love a lot of the record but that one is pulling away from the rest. "Pathetic" is not far behind.

Also agree with the sentiment that this should have been a summer album. Releasing this in the fall just feels wrong.

I thought Sick Puppy was a weak closer in particular. The record needed a better end than that IMO

Yup. In my head the album just stops at If You Let Me.

“Sweet Sugar” came on a random playlist of music and I audibly said “oh FUCK!” because of how good that intro and chorus is.

This album deserves so much more love.

Album is definitely hurting from no touring. Wish it got more love!

This album is still fantastic. It's one of the tops on my list of "came out at the worst possible time" pandemic records. It got me through a lot, but didn't get any play and I definitely don't spin it as much as I should.
