Really love the first single, wish the album came out sooner though, their stuff thrives in the summer months
The bass tone in that song is unreal, and the switch from that to a super clean prechorus was awesome. I did feel like I kept waiting on an explosive bridge or outro that never happened, the song built up so much tension.
Both of these songs are so good. Grayscale’s Nella Vita was my most-listened to pop-punk album last year, pretty sure this will be that album for me this year.
The songwriting is definitely on a new level this time around. Both songs are great, Big Vibe encompasses everything I love about big stadium ready feelgood dance-able rock songs (fantastically awkward description but you get the point). Hope this album does really well for them.
Really digging both of the new songs and direction. A huge step up in my opinion from their last releases.
Fun album, but either the last two tracks are a huge step down from the rest or I just got kinda sick of his yelling by then.
This was my thoughts exactly haha. I mean they have a song called Sabrina the Teenage Bitch which was my first exposure to them. I’d wrote them off but this album is a jam though. Pop rock with some 80s thrills which I can vibe with.
I'm getting a lot of Third Eye Blind vibes on this album. I can't explain why just yet. I just think a song like Still Blue has moments that could have been written by Stephan.
Their albums normally burn out for me pretty quick but surprisingly enjoying this quite a bit for now on my first listen through.
