Seahaven has always been a fall/winter band for me so this is great.

song rules. i will echo that it sounds very a band that shall not be named-ish.

 

I wonder if they go further in that direction this record. I know WF has some of it but listening to Reverie Lagoon this weekend and the back half of Wild West Selfishness is almost too on the nose referencing that sound.

a year ago I'd laugh in your face if you told me Fireworks and Seahaven would both have new music on the way

 

I was never the biggest Seahaven fan, but this sounds great. This is really different than how they used to sound, especially vocally, yeah?

Agreed. Very distinct and different sounds for each release. Somehow that makes me enjoy their discography that much more

His vocals sound very, very different on this. If someone said this was an entirely different vocalist I would believe them. But I can still hear the similarities tho.
