Twin Peaks is probably the gold standard of revivals. Deadwood was good but a retread of season three.
JD: "...in my defense, Keith is a decent kisser, and anyone in my situation would have let out a pleasure moan" Turk: "Same thing happened to me in college." JD: "really? What guy drunkenly kissed you while you were sleeping?" It was at that moment Turk and I remembered the incident we managed to block out for 12 years Turk: "uhh you okay with us not hanging out for a couple weeks?" I was gonna miss Turk, but luckily... Lmao this moment pivots to the next scene so skillfully
Ones that stick in my brain: Turk talking to JD about Arnold Palmer playing gold : "The man's a drink mogul Turk I'm sure he has plenty of hobbies" every scene with Hooch Ted's briefcase with the happy face pin and a gun: "one's in case I get sad and one's in case I get really sad"
Did everyone else know that Rowdy is based on a real stuffed dog that Bill Lawrence and his college roommates bought at a garage sale?
I love how that guy could tweet out shit like "really missing dad today" and you'd see a million people replying "nobody cares, Sean."
Dude scrubs has way less forgiving make up than the interviews these actors are on lol I am not saying anyone looks bad, but their ages are more apparent in the show for sure
I do miss Cox, but my only real qualm lies with the editing department. Some scene transitions feel a little quick and lack personality.
