Damn; the official artwork in Apple Music is lame lol

MUCH prefer the full body one with the PA sticker over the mouth

I like the official one way better, the one with the PA sticker over his mouth looks like a poster for a Netflix comedy special from an "anti-woke" comedian

This rollout is fucking amazing so far, this idea of just dropping snippets of a bunch of songs is so cool. All of the visuals have been incredible too

Cooties sounds really cool, he's doing like a prime Eminem flow almost

been doing a discography run. It's crazy the jump his songs had once he started getting major label funding for the beats.

Halfway into this album, pretty enjoyable but a lot to dig into, will need more listens.

Standout on first listen is Foux, what a wild song

I've only had the one listen so far, a few standout tracks but didn't leave a strong impression on the whole just yet

Dug this quite a bit on first listen. Always happy to hear Rico

  11. Just hit play. Full version of "Blueslides" sounds great. Hearing shades of Kendrick, Tyler, and Mac in just those first few tracks. Good stuff.

  15. Yeah, "Foux" into "First" is crazy. Looking forward to chewing on this one for a while. I think the highs are crazy high, but it feels a little scatterbrained and long in the tooth on first listen. Still, good stuff! Thankful for new music from him.

yeah I had high hopes for the freddie joint cause he's a problematic fave but "foux" is the best thing on here I think, props to ab-soul

loving this so far, didn't listen to any snippets (partially cos his last one was dogshit lol) but up to "Blueslides" and this is fantastic

yeah this rules. "Foux" and "Lost Times" are so good. it's inconsistent, but so are all his albums so I can't say I'm shocked

yeah Blank Face LP is his only consistently front to back great* project

*I replaced that part original with the black hippy remix and deleted "overtime" lol

Finally got to this and I think it's fantastic. I absolutely love how experimental the production is, and how Q really didn't adhere to traditional song structure for a lot of it, this style works really well for him.

I don't think he'll ever top Blank Face but that is also a generationally good rap album so that's not exactly a problem. I really love how his music continues growing at the same time as he does as a person (besides Crash Talk, which he admitted his heart wasn't fully in after Mac died). This really feels like a man Q's age making this album if that makes sense.

    Man, I love Black Hippy

I can’t say there’s a track I don’t like on here. Sure maybe it’s a bit scattered, but I generally think everything here is great. This is a rappy ass album and I love it

I miss when Black Hippy was actually a thing. some of those remixes were so fun

Dig this a lot. Definitely could’ve lost a few songs like ‘First’ but overall lots of strong stuff
