I think I listened to Crash Talk twice in full but I'm definitely interested

Been waiting.

 

I said it in the hip-hop thread but I’ll say it again here. Blank Face is a masterpiece, just a completely-realized work of art. At times it almost sounds like a nu-metal record (in a good way). He experiments a lot with his vocals and the production and it really pays off. I believe and hope he can do it again, bc Crash Talk was extremely disappointing in comparison.

 

Q has said that his heart wasn't really in CrasH Talk after Mac died and he put a lot more effort into this one so I'm still going to allow myself to feel hyped

Agree that Blank Face is an absolute masterpiece, and Oxymoron and H&C are amazing too

 

Is Setbacks worth a listen? Only album I haven't heard

 

It's a bit rough around the edges but definitely worth a listen, song like Light Years Ahead, What's tha Word, Druggys wit Hoes and Birds & The Beez are great

It's essentially Q's Section.80

Listening now, definitely nice and enjoyable but definitely feels like a debut from someone who goes on to do more

Couple days late but the single is fantastic, I have a really good feeling about this one
