Annie Murphy should also be a fucking star. Which, I guess this show is insanely popular, right? So I guess she is.
Just finished the last season. Everyone should watch the show. The last three episodes are especially amazing.
Oh wow, this show totally flew under the radar for me. I've been hearing about it for years but I always assumed it wasn't worth a watch but boy was I wrong. So many great little things this show is! The first few episodes had me laughing my ass off cursing myself on why I waited so long to watch. Maybe I felt a slight lag somewhere in Season 3 but it picked up and was surprised that it ended at S6, I honestly could have seen this go on longer than that. The great little things about this show.. - Eugene Levy's eyebrow reactions! - David's reactions to pretty much ANYTHING - Moira's SPEC-TA-CU-LAR Vocabulary! Pretty much everything that came out of her mouth and the way she accented those syllables is just perfect Moira! Like, for example always saying BEBE instead of baby, love it! - Huge menus at Tropical Cafe - Ted's puns! - Jocelyn still being a '80s hair metal girl at heart - Alexis's consistent body language! - Stevie's deadpan attitude - Ronnie just being Ronnie is just a gift! Wish the show had more poc - Roland's speech to the boardroom after forgetting his briefcase made up for anything bad he did to the Rose family - Lots of sweet moments in the show (Alexis's sacrifices, David deciding to stay, Johnny continuing to fight for his family, etc etc etc) - Bob's walk! - Twyla's naivety and sweetness and many many more
Oh and also how can I forget David’s ridiculous wardrobe! Since episode 1 and on I’m like what the hell is that he’s wearing? One that stands out was that super furry white sweater he had on in one episode

Ok I’ve been putting this show off, and I’m sure it’s good. Though five awards in a row good, and with their own room good? I smell something fishy
It’s very good. It did not grab me for like...3 seasons or so haha but my wife really loved it so I kept going and really grew to love it. She’s on her third rewatch in within the year, lol
This is in-part because they missed nominating it for the last three seasons, but also because it is one show with more heart than most other shows ever dream of having and deserves everything.
They really had people in hazmat suits waiting in front of all these other nominee’s houses just in case lmao.
