Like, I get that there are people who have had issues with past Song Shops or whatever, but calling a $23 RSD exclusive a "scam" is ridiculous lol

 

The original post I quoted literally called the RSD vinyl "gross" lol

 

I love how Max still hasn't finished the Song Shop songs or the Patreon/Kickstarter goals or whatever that was

It's a 5 song EP for 23 bucks. Yes. That's off, to me at least. I think I gotta roll out from Say Anything commenting until I like something again. No outrage here, hope it's good.

 

Definitely interested in hearing what this sounds like, looking forward to the full length.

 

I won't be able to do RSD this year so I'm hoping I'll be able to have someone keep an eye out for this for me. Glad it sounds like the vinyl only aspect is just for the EP format specifically.

 

Seems like a lot of people haven't bought vinyl recently.. I just bought a 3 song 7" for $15. Everything has increased in price lately

 

I'm curious to know why your mindset associates a lack of maturity with big bad swear words

honestly, besides a few songs from OA, this is probably my favorite thing he’s done in a little bit. Besides the weird occasional vocal effect, it feels/sounds like it was professionally recorded (as opposed to the odd route he went on most of IDTII, Two Tongues II and some of OA)
Still a bit odd to me he didn’t just put it out as Say Anything but… I like it a lot!

 

Yeah this is a cool direction for him to go in.

 

I actually like this compared to previous work. Curious to see where it goes. He sounds quite clean on this, too.

 

Don't love it but somewhat more intrigued now for the rest. I like the back half of the song more I think.
