That probably is really because when they performed a new song on their most recent tour that word was in the chorus.
Holy shit. That's a heavy message to leave people. The amount of vulnerability Max shows and trusts with his fans is amazing. I could never really (and still don't fully) understand where he was coming from with his music, but after reading that I have an immense amount of respect for him and love the fact that he's trying to do whatever it takes to take care of himself and his family. He's definitely an intriguing person and I'm grateful his work is always something truly special.
I've heard like a 30 second clip of it, can't really describe it very well but I think people will like it. Much cleaner production than IDTII but still pretty punchy sounding. But who knows, it was only a 30 second clip haha.
As a gay man I’m not so sure that I’m super pumped to listen to an album about an angry “straight” dude murdering a gay guy because he rejected him but I guess I’ll reserve judgment... for some reason...

I have a similar feeling. I feel like this will be a really hard album for me to listen to knowing Max's feelings and thoughts behind it all. It's definitely a heavy way to end the band.
Yeah, definitely a lot to take in there. Also, had no idea Karl was so involved in the process of this record.
